Invite a sense of grounding and peace into your morning with a mindful flow and deep stretching. This nourishing class combines movement and stillness, power and release, in a safe, supported environment. Expect to connect deeply to the present moment by linking breath to movement with a few simple yet strong flows that will build heat in the body before surrendering into softness with gentle restorative poses and meditation. Set to a new playlist each week, this class infuses chill music, intentional breathwork, and creative movement to present students a calming space to let go and unwind.
Each posture is optional, modifications are available for every shape, and creative expression is encouraged in this all-levels class. So whether it’s your first yoga experience or you’re a seasoned yogi, you’ll be supported in your practice.
