Using the power of your own breath she will take you on a feeling, healing, and revealing journey, flushing out what no longer serves you to emerge a happier, healthier version of YOU!
BREATHWORK is a highly effective and powerful tool for harnessing the power of your subconscious mind and releasing storied negative memories, emotions, stagnant energy, and trauma that may be trapped in the body.
These blockages hinder our growth, drain our energy, give us brain fog, and affect our our physical and mental well-being.

By oxygenating the body using a deeply activating breathwork technique we can quiet the mind and tap into deeper layers of our being cleansing our entire system. WHAT TO EXPECT
We will begin with intention setting and gentle movement to open up the mind, body, and energy systems. Then we will move into the breathwork portion. This guided breathing technique is done lying down on your back on a yoga mat, bed, or other comfortable surface. Music is played to tap into the energy of each song. Meghan will guide you through the entire process using powerful motivational messages and NLP techniques to break up old pathways in the brain that are responsible for the stories, habits, and patterns we wish to get rid of. We will finish slowly with guided meditation and deep relaxation.
What you need: Yoga mat, journal, pen, water, quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, and a smile 🙂

Meghan is a certified Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, and Holistic Healing Coach on a mission to raise the vibration on the planet by supporting others through the awakening, healing, and return to SELF process.
