Expect to fire up your energy and intensity with big shapes and movements before enjoying sweet release with deep stretches and soft breathwork. With new flows and new tunes every session, this class presents students a fresh space to recharge and reset on a weekly basis.
Each posture is optional, modifications are available for every shape, and creative expression is encouraged in this all-levels class. So whether it’s your first yoga experience or you’re a seasoned yogi, you’ll be supported in your practice.
