Cosmic Yoga + Ecstatic Dance

Through movement, you will be gently guided to release what no longer serves you, and replace it with any intentions or affirmations that will promote further growth in your life!
The journey begins with a yoga flow and dance warm-up, suitable for all levels. This leads into intention setting and flows into ecstatic movement and dance. Students may be as social with their movement practice or as introspective as they wish. The journey concludes with a cool down.
– THINGS TO KNOW –
*Please be aware we will have a temperature check at registration.
*Class size limited, First come first serve via RSVP
*Please bring a water vessel for the water fountain.
*Hand sanitizing stations are available.
* Casual comfortable clothes are recommended for the classes.

To enter the building on street level, scroll in the directory until you find SAKURA ART. Then dial us and we will buzz you in the door. Just push the door in when you hear a soft click. Head up the stairs and turn to your right and you’ll find us!
