Beginners Yoga Flow with Rhea Vega

This beginner yoga class is a flow for students new to yoga and for students wishing to improve their poses and alignment. The primary focus for this Hip Opening and Mobility class will be on creating space in our hips to help with ailments like sciatica, lower back pain, overall general tightness. It will include introductory asanas (‘poses”), such as standing poses (warriors), hip openers, light back bending, forward bends, and gentle twists. Come to reset and connect to your breath and body. Set to Non traditional Yoga Music.
