Power Vinyasa Yoga

Class

Students will go through Sun Salutations, standing sequences, seated positions, backbends, inversions, arm balances, and finishing sequences with vigorous energy focused on the Ujjayi (victory) breath. Modifications and adjustments will be instructed throughout class to ensure proper alignment.
